I generally process personal data of my users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and my content and services. Processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

Data Processing Agreement: A data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded with Hostinger.

4. Log Files

The aforementioned data (in particular the IP address) is stored in so-called log files. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user.

Purpose: Ensuring system security, error analysis, and optimization of the website.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Retention Period: Log files are deleted after no more than 30 days, unless security incidents require longer storage.

5. Contact Form

My website contains a contact form that can be used for electronic contact. If you use this form, the data you enter (name, email address, message) will be transmitted to me and stored.

Purpose: Processing your inquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).
Retention Period: Your inquiry will be deleted once it has been conclusively processed and no statutory retention obligations conflict with deletion. If an order is placed later, the data will be transferred to the customer database.

If you commission me with web design services, I process the following data:

• Name, address, contact details

• Information about your company / your website

• Project-related communication

• Invoicing data

Purpose: Contract execution, communication, invoicing.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract performance) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (statutory retention obligations).
Retention Period: In accordance with statutory retention periods (in particular 10 years according to § 147 AO - German Fiscal Code for accounting documents).

My website uses technically necessary cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device.
